What is the minimum order quantity for one size range?
The minimum order quantity is 1,000 units per model with a full size range. This allows us to ensure optimal production costs and high product quality.

How many working days does it take to produce a batch?
Usually 30–45 working days after all details are agreed upon and the prepayment is made. Exact timelines depend on the batch size and current production workload. We always strive to meet the agreed deadlines.

Do you have ready-made patterns for denim Bermuda shorts?
We have ready-made basic patterns for denim Bermuda shorts that can be adapted to your requirements. If new pattern development is needed, the cost starts from 100–150 USD with a lead time of 5–7 working days.

How much does a sample cost and what are the terms?
Sample production starts from 50 USD depending on the complexity of the model. Lead time is 5–7 working days after all details are agreed upon. Payment for the sample requires 100% prepayment before work begins.

What is the prepayment percentage and post-payment terms?
Standard payment terms: 50% prepayment upon order confirmation and 50% after the batch is ready before shipment. This ensures stability of the production process and guarantees for both parties.

Is invoice payment available for legal entities from Russia?
Yes, for legal entities and sole proprietors from Russia, we issue official invoices and work via bank transfer. All documents are prepared in accordance with international business standards.

What fabrics and materials do you use in production?
We work with high-quality Turkish and Uzbek cotton denim of various weights (from 10 to 14 oz). We use only certified materials, including YKK hardware, Gutermann threads, and other trusted components.

Do you provide design development services?
Yes, our design studio can develop unique models according to your requirements. We create sketches, technical sheets, and select fabrics and hardware. The cost of design services is calculated individually.

What documents are provided with the finished products?
Each batch comes with a full set of documents: invoice, packing list, quality certificate, and if required — a certificate of origin and other export documents for customs clearance.

Do you deliver finished products?
We arrange delivery of finished products worldwide by various methods: air, sea, and road transport. We work with trusted logistics companies; shipping costs are calculated separately.
